Express Shipping/Delivery
Orders placed by noon will be delivered by Kwik Delivery the same day the Order is placed. Orders place after noon will the be delivered the following day.
Refunds
We provide flexible returns! After receiving your delivery, you have 24hours to initiate a return. Get hold of your order Id, sign in to Contact Us page at https://chefalicefoods.com/contact/ and complete the information form.. Products that are beyond 1-day in your possession cannot be returned. Our return policy allows up to 14 days to receive the item, after which a refund will be made. You may request for the product to be exchanged for another. All items need to be in good shape to receive credit in any form. Items that do not meet these necessities are not eligible for refund.
