Mama Alice Catering services are offered by independent Sub-Contractor caterers throughout Nigeria. Their catering services are 100% in accordance with Mama Alice’s menus and standards, and they wear Mama Alice aprons.
How Mama Alice Catering Services Operates
The catering services contracts are solicited by Mama Alice and then assigned to a Mama Alice subcontractor.
Customers only deal directly with Mama Alice. It is forbidden for subcontractors to negotiate with customers. Any subcontractor who violates this policy will be permanently removed as a Mama Alice subcontractor.
In order to perform Catering services under Mama Alice’s contract, subcontractors must wear MAMA Alice aprons and headwear.
To maintain a standardized system, all subcontractors must purchase their aprons directly from Mama Alice.
Those subcontractors who receive high praise for their catering services will be given priority when Mama Alice assigns contracts.
