To feed the next generation of Nigerians, a legacy from the past must be preserved. For over thirty years, Chef Alice Jegede served Nigerians at her restaurant in Benin City, Edo state. With 99% repeat customers, her cooking was a cut above the rest. In Chef Alice’s view, rich people shouldn’t be the only ones to have access to high quality food supplies; the average Nigerian should also be able to enjoy the joy of good food at an affordable cost. She aimed to make sure that Nigerians of all income levels had access to quality food products.
